What is Achivr?
Achivr is a corporate business English education company, built for firms that run and operate in English. We don't run classic language courses. We build measurable business communication programs and combine one-on-one mentoring with native speakers and our own AI platform, giving management clear visibility into employee progress and program ROI.
At the heart of our work is BASTION, our AI platform that analyzes data from every session and shows HR and management progress, employees' readiness to work in English, and return on investment, at the individual, team, and company level. Founder
Stefan Mrvaljević is the founder and CEO of Achivr Educational Technologies. A Chevening Scholar at University College London (UCL) and a Swedish Institute scholar at Lund University, as well as a Founder Institute alumnus.
Before Achivr, he spent brief stints in academia and diplomacy before dedicating the last decade to mentoring. Through more than 22,000 hours of one-on-one work with leaders across 20+ industries, he has advised leading CEOs and COOs across the Western Balkans, including teams from companies such as Coca-Cola, Banca Intesa, M:tel, Addiko Bank, IFFCO, ManpowerGroup, and CBS International.
He is the author of two TOEFL handbooks and the creator of the course "Ultimate TOEFL Mastery." He founded Achivr with one idea: to bring professionals and companies from Eastern and Southeast Europe the same standard of business English communication as their partners and competitors in the West.
