Common questions

What is the Skill Index?
One number from 0 to 100 for each person. We test all four skills — reading, listening, speaking, and writing — and map the result to the official European level (CEFR, A1 to C2), so it's easy to read and compare.
How long does it take per person?
About 45 minutes, once, from any browser. No prep, no scheduling, no proctor.
Can we test hundreds of people at once?
Yes. That's the point. Run it across teams, departments, and offices in different countries, and get one comparable score for everyone.
Is it really AI, including speaking?
Yes. The speaking task is recorded, transcribed, and scored on the same rules as everything else, so you get real data, fast.
What about privacy?
Data stays in the EU and recordings are deleted after scoring. The diagnostic is GDPR-compliant.
Can we re-test later to see progress?
Yes. The first run is your baseline. Re-run it after training and the change shows up in the same Skill Index.
