Mecafor Products is a manufacturing plant in Kikinda and part of the French group La Fonte Ardennaise, one of Europe's leading groups in precision metallurgy and foundry work. The plant produces components for international industrial customers and operates to the group's standards, built over decades.

Head office is in France, but the group's corporate language is English. Reporting, investment plans, audit visits, and day-to-day coordination with head office all happen in English.

Technical precision in every sentence

In metallurgy, there's no room for imprecision. The director team has to convey technical and operational information, from production quality to capacity planning, just as precisely in English as in Serbian.

The solution

We created a twelve-month Executive Business English program built around the director team's needs. The program's foundation was one-on-one mentoring with a dedicated senior mentor, alongside small-group work and sessions with native speakers for communication situations where every detail matters. The curriculum was built around real business needs: communicating with the group's head office, industry-specific manufacturing terminology, and presenting to international counterparts.
