As part of the global IFFCO group, the regional team in BiH reports and coordinates regularly with head office in the UAE. That communication has to be clear and professional, regardless of time-zone or business-culture differences.

Working with partners across multiple markets

IFFCO operates in fertilizers, food, and packaging across multiple markets at once. The team has to communicate consistently with partners and customers from different countries, in English as the shared language.
